We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to make it right.

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Custom or personalized apparel

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Health & personal care items

  • Sale/clearance items marked final sale

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Apparel that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing by your bank or credit card provider.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Any item not in its original condition

  • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned late (past 30-day window)

 

Late or Missing Refunds

Haven’t seen your refund yet? Please:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your card issuer — it may take time to post.

  3. Then contact your bank — processing time may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, contact us or email info[at]bubbaheat.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos if applicable.

Gifts

If you received the item as a gift:

  • If it was marked as a gift during checkout and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit for the return value.

  • If the gift wasn’t marked or shipped to the buyer first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

 

How to Return an Item

  1. Start a return here: https://bubbaheat.com/my-account/start-a-return/ or Email info[at]bubbaheat.com and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please include your order number and the email address on the transaction.

  2. Do not send your return to our warehouse — all packages are refused/returned to sender.

  3. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions for shipping it back. And don’t worry, we act fast and guide you through this immediately!

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over $75. We cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.
